In working on the Chatam County City Hall I had to figure out the occupancy loads for the building.
the occupancy for the first floor will be 100 people and I will need 2 mens water closets and lavatories, and I will need 3 womens water closets and lavatories.
the occupancy for the second floor will be 250 people and I will need 5 mens water closets and 2 lavatories, and I will need 5 womens water closets and 2 lavatories.
